Rochelle grew up just outside Cincinnati, Ohio and relocated to Louisville in June 2003. She married Joey Reynolds in July 2004. Rochelle received an Associates degree in photography from Antonelli College. Rochelle handles the paperwork from the listing of your property to the contract. She inputs the vital information about your property into the MLS system. All showing appointments and follow-up are coordinated through Rochelle. Carol is an energetic professional with experience in accounting, computers and real estate. Prior to joining Gary’s team she worked at Johnson Controls for over 16 years and maintained her REALTOR®/broker license for over 25 years. Carol provides excellent service to clients. She handles all the paperwork from contract to close. She is the one you will be talking to regarding appraisals, inspections, mortgage verification and walkthroughs. She verifies that the buyer has made loan application with a lender. She provides the closing attorney with sale information. Rachel is a very creative individual with a degree in Marketing from Sullivan University. She joined RE/MAX Properties East in October 2006. Previously from Lexington, KY Rachel has worked for the Griffin Gate Marriott Resort, and Ball Homes. She is recently married and is new to the Louisville area. Rachel will use her marketing skills and Innovative ideas to help you market.
